Ashleigh Bello

I took my first yoga class in South Korea while working as an English teacher at 22 years old. I learned right away that people don't have to speak the same language to give and receive the gift of yoga, a lesson I always carry with me. My dedication to a consistent practice took root after I moved to Brooklyn. It grounded me in the city and in myself when I was navigating big life changes. Many years later, during the pandemic, I completed my first 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training and never looked back!

Jules Karp

"Yoga has been a constant in my life since I was 18, when a trip to an Ashram in South India completely shifted my perspective and led to my first teaching certification. Over the last decade, I’ve immersed myself in both ancient and modern lineages—from the devotion of Bhakti Vinyasa to the precision of Bikram Yoga. After years of teaching in major hubs like NYC, Miami, and San Diego, I’m so grateful the journey has brought me back home to the Block.

Off the mat, my love for ritual and hospitality naturally guided me into the world of tea. I’m thrilled to finally bring my vision of a curated tea house to life within our studio—creating a space where our community can gather, slow down, and find a sense of stillness amidst the fast-paced rhythm of the city."
