At the Block, you can take class in either of our temperature-controlled rooms, the Red Room (hot ♨️) or the Blue Room (not hot 🌀).

Each room offers a balanced schedule of classes so that you can always find something that fits your needs.

vinyasa flow


Vinyasa is an explorative, breath-driven flow that builds towards a Peak Pose. Teachers will get creative with intentional sequencing to get your body ready for postures such as backbends, arm balances, and inversions. Vinyasa is a continuous flow that links breath to movement, focusing on mobility and agility. This class will never be the same - come with a playful spirit and an open mind!

strong slow flow™

Strong Slow Flow™ is a powerful Vinyasa-style class focused on strength, alignment, and foundational movement. With poses held for about 5-10 breath cycles, you’ll flow at a slower pace to harness control of the breath, fine-tune your poses, and build overall strength and flexibility. Perfect for all experience levels, this class will provide the building blocks for your yoga practice overall.

the OG hot yoga (26&2)

The Original Hot Yoga (Bikram) is a set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. This class is slow-paced, deeply therapeutic, challenging, and meditative. OG Hot is practiced in 105 degrees to safely warm up your muscles for long-held postures and provide cardiovascular benefits. You’ll walk out of class feeling completely transformed - trust us!

4-STRENGTH™ | full body HIIT

4-STRENGTH™ is an athletic, music-driven strength and conditioning class using Pilates and weight-lifting principles. This is a full-body HIIT workout alternating between slow sets of weight lifting and intermittent cardio bursts. This class has four strength-training blocks, focusing on targeted muscle groups. Get ready to pair strength training, music, and community for a total-body, energetic experience.

4-CORE | mat pilates

4-CORE is a foundational, alignment-based practice focused on targeting the core, aka The Powerhouse. Mat Pilates is a full-body workout that moves through four planes of movement, simultaneously strengthening and lengthening your muscles. It is taught in a contemporary style with creative sequencing that uses a classical Pilates foundation. Paired with great music, expect to work hard and feel strong and empowered inside and out.

yin yoga

Yin Yoga is a restorative series of long-held floor poses to release tension in the mind and body. Each pose is held for about 5 minutes to slow down the central nervous system while increasing flexibility by targeting the deep fascia muscles. Class is set to the sound of healing instrumentals and ambient beats. Expect to completely detach from mind chatter and find a profound sense of calm.
