vinyasa flow


Vinyasa is a rhythmic, breath-driven journey designed to expand your physical and mental horizons. Each class is a unique piece of "intentional choreography" that builds toward a Peak Pose, systematically preparing the body for the exhilaration of backbends, arm balances, or inversions. By seamlessly linking breath to movement, you will cultivate fluid mobility and a heightened sense of agility. Because no two sequences are ever the same, Vinyasa invites you to step out of routine and into a state of playful exploration.

strong slow flow™

Strong Slow Flow™ is a Vinyasa-style practice that prioritizes structural integrity and deliberate movement. By extending poses for 5 to 10 breath cycles, we shift the focus from momentum to muscle engagement, allowing you to fine-tune your alignment and harness the true power of the breath. This method bridges the gap between the "fire" of a fast flow and the "discipline" of Hatha, building the foundational strength and flexibility necessary for a lifelong practice. It is a challenging, soul-filling experience that proves there is incredible strength to be found in the slow.

the OG hot yoga (26&2)

OG HOT (26&2) is the definitive Hatha Yoga experience—a powerful, therapeutic sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises. Performed in a room heated to 105°F, this class uses heat as a tool to safely lubricate the joints and deepen the muscles' reach, providing a unique cardiovascular challenge while flushing the system of toxins. This is a practice of mental grit and physical stamina; the pace is deliberate, the focus is intense, and the results are profound. Expect a moving meditation that demands your presence and rewards you with a total-body reset.

4-STRENGTH™ | full body HIIT

4-STRENGTH™ is our signature, music-driven metabolic conditioning (MetCon) experience. This total-body workout bridges the gap between traditional weightlifting and athletic cardio, alternating between heavy, controlled lifting sets and explosive aerobic bursts. Designed around four targeted strength blocks, this class systematically challenges every major muscle group while keeping your heart rate elevated. Come for the grit of the lift; stay for the energy of the community.

4-CORE is a foundational, alignment-based practice dedicated to the "Powerhouse" of the body. Combining the precision of classical Pilates with creative, contemporary sequencing, this class moves you through four planes of motion to simultaneously lengthen and strengthen every muscle group. Set to an intentional, beat-driven soundtrack, 4-CORE is designed to build deep structural integrity and functional power, leaving you feeling centered, resilient, and empowered from the inside out.

yin & restorative yoga

Our yin and restorative classes are an invitation into the medicine of stillness. While other methods focus on the musculature, this practice journeys deeper, targeting the connective tissues, ligaments, and fascia through long, passive holds. By surrendering to the pull of gravity, we soothe the nervous system and quiet the modern mind. This is where we slow down to heal, creating a sacred space to rediscover the joy of being—rather than doing—and finding a profound sense of peace in the quiet of the present moment.
