We offer a holistic approach to yoga with a range of classes across two temperature-controlled practice rooms.

our four methods of practice.

  • This method follows a classic lineage focused on alignment, stamina, and mental grit. The practice consists of 26 postures and two breathing exercises performed in a specific sequence. It is a moving meditation that systematically works every muscle, tendon, and organ in the body.

  • Vinyasa is the art of breath-synchronized movement. Unlike the static nature of Hatha, Vinyasa flows through transitions, linking one pose to the next in a creative and rhythmic sequence. This practice is designed to build internal heat, improve cardiovascular health, and increase overall flexibility. It’s perfect for those who want to find their flow and quiet the mind through continuous motion.

  • Focused on core stability and functional power, our Pilates and Strength classes provide the "engine" for your yoga practice. By incorporating low-impact, high-intensity movements, we target the deep stabilizing muscles often missed in traditional workouts. This method improves posture, prevents injury, and builds the lean muscle mass necessary to support your joints through every range of motion.

  • The vital counter-balance to our active styles, Yin and Restorative yoga focus on stillness and surrender. By holding passive postures for longer periods, we target the deep connective tissues and the nervous system. This method invites us to slow down, heal, and find peace in the present moment.

We believe in the benefits of a balanced practice. Just as our studio offers both heated and non-heated rooms, our schedule and class offerings reflect a harmony of these four methods.
